Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Abottabad was recognized in 1990 as
a commanding educational institution that is responsible for taking matriculation and
intermediate examinations within its controlled area.
Currently under its authority, BISE Abottabad takes metric and Inter examinations from the schools and colleges that are registered with it these areas includes Haripur, Abottabad, Mansehra, Battagram and Kohistan furthermore BISE Abottabad is liable to conduct examinations of various languages as well. BISE Abottabad has taken 9th class exams in the month of March 2013. And the result is expected at the month of august 2013. Mostly the Abottabad Board announces the 9th class result in the last days of April and start of the August.
Abottabad Board always conduct fair examinations relating to Intermediate Education, Secondary Education, Classical and Pakistani Languages and other competitive Examinations as may be indomitable by Government. The board always gives rewards to the position holders in the form of scholarships and medals, certificates and the diplomas have been issued to the candidates that have passed the examinations.
